Our Availability and Response Times

As a family-run business with a strong commitment to work-life balance and our faith, we maintain dedicated operating hours. This focus allows us to provide you with the most dedicated attention when we are "in the office."

Standard Office Hours (Central Time):

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Sunday: Closed for Family Time and Worship

 

A Note on Office Hours: The owner operates Resurrected Roamer while managing a chronic health condition (Dysautonomia). While we strive to adhere strictly to the hours listed above, this condition can cause sudden and significant fluctuations in energy and functionality.

Occasionally, this may necessitate unexpected adjustments to our "in-office" time or cause minor delays in response. We ask for your understanding and empathy should this occur. Rest assured, your order and inquiry remain our top priority, and we will resume service as soon as possible.

Please note that our schedule excludes major holidays and pre-announced special events.

Our commitment to travel and nature is at the heart of the Resurrected Roamer brand. This often means our business requires us to be out in the field, attending events, leading excursions, or simply scouting the next perfect trail.

We are frequently out of reliable cellular service.

If you contact us during one of these "roaming" periods—whether we are deep in the woods, exploring an off-road track, or engaging in a community event—please know that we have received your message. We ask for your patience and promise to respond to all inquiries as soon as we regain reliable contact.

We encourage you to check our Upcoming Events Calendar on the homepage. We would genuinely love to meet you there or, if fate aligns, maybe we'll see you out on the trail!

Your privacy & safety is as important to us as it is to you. Our family-owned business wants to keep your business and your personal information secure.

 

We chose the web hosting provider for its reputation for security and it does not use or sell any information provided through it. We do not either. Part of earning and keeping your business is keeping your information secure and unavailable to anyone else.

First Responders/Military Discount

We want to say thank you for your service by giving you 10% off anything you purchase from us. To qualify for the discount, become a member and include proof of service.
